What set Annex Incorporated apart from the other companies you had interviewed with?

The environment and people you work with. At Annex everybody is sincerely rooting for you and will help you succeed. Your peers and mentors want to see you do well here because there is enough room for everybody to reach management.

What part of your position do you find the most rewarding?

The mental development. I’m not only growing professionally, but personally, too. My peers are pretty awesome, even the president of Annex Incorporated is a great person to have in your corner, she amazes me every day.

What perks of the training program have you enjoyed thus far?

I’ve gotten to travel to 3 different offices within 8 months of working in the company. All the offices were located in different cities – Chicago, Atlanta, and Tampa. I went to Chicago my first month of working with the company. I stayed the weekend in Chicago to  sightsee the windy city and visited my best friend that lives there.
